Terms of Service
Last updated November 3, 2026
The short version, which doesn't replace the terms below. Mimic shows public Hyperliquid data. It isn't financial advice, and you can lose money trading. A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel. Disputes go to individual arbitration, not class actions, and our liability is capped.
1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and Vladimir Dorlus, doing business as Mimic ("Mimic", "we", "us"), covering the website at mimic.day, its subdomains, its Telegram channel and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclosure and our Disclaimer. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.
2. Who can use Mimic
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by the laws that apply to you, or if you are on a government sanctions list or located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on trading perpetual futures or digital assets where you live. Mimic does not grant access to Hyperliquid, and Hyperliquid's own terms may restrict you from using it.
3. What Mimic is, and is not
Mimic is an information service. It collects data that is already public on the Hyperliquid blockchain, organizes it, and publishes it to all users on the same general terms.
- Not advice. Mimic is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, fiduciary or tax adviser, and nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything.
- Not personalized. Mimic knows nothing about your finances, goals or risk tolerance, and nothing in the Service is tailored to you.
- "Recommended" has a narrow meaning. The Recommended list contains wallets that currently pass the fixed, published filters on our Scoring Rules page. It is an automated screen of past public activity. It isn't a recommendation that you trade, follow or copy any wallet, and it's the same for every user.
- No execution or custody. Mimic does not place trades, connect to your wallet, ask for your keys or hold funds. Anyone claiming to be Mimic and asking for these isn't us.
- No relationship with listed wallets. Wallets on Mimic are identified only by public addresses. We don't know, endorse or have any relationship with their owners, and wallet labels are not statements of fact about any person.
4. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@mimic.day if you think it has been compromised. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Mimic Pro costs $19 per month or $149 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe.
- Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per person. A payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged the plan's price when it ends.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time on the Account page under Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend Pro access until it succeeds.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, copy in bulk or resell the Service's scores or datasets; share your account or bypass paid features; reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; use the Service to harass, identify or dox any person behind a wallet; use the Service for market manipulation or anything illegal; or misrepresent your connection with Mimic. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms.
Community posts
Posts and replies you write in Community are public, along with your first name. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. You keep ownership of your posts and give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show and distribute them as part of the Service. Don't post: anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit; spam, scams, referral or pump schemes; promises of profit; other people's personal information; or claims that you are a licensed adviser. Posts are members' opinions, not advice from Mimic, and we don't check them. We may remove any post and suspend accounts at our discretion, and you can delete your own posts at any time. To report a post, write to support@mimic.day.
7. Data accuracy
Data comes from public third-party sources and is processed automatically. It may be delayed, incomplete, wrong or unavailable. Rankings and scores reflect our published method, and may change without notice as data is corrected or the method improves. Check anything important against the original source before relying on it.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, scores and compilations. Subject to these Terms, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it. Blockchain data itself is public and we claim no ownership of it. Company names, tickers and logos shown to identify markets belong to their owners, are used only to identify those markets, and don't imply endorsement. To report an infringement, write to support@mimic.day.
9. Third parties
The Service relies on and links to third parties, including Hyperliquid, Stripe and Telegram. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Mimic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mimic and its operator, owners and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or any decision you make using it, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $50.
Some places don't allow certain of these limits. Where that's so, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Mimic and its operator from third-party claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service, your trading, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this carefully. It affects your right to go to court. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by writing to support@mimic.day and waiting 30 days. If that fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held online or in your home county where those rules require, and not in court. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, or seek an injunction in court for misuse of intellectual property.
You and Mimic each waive any right to a jury trial and to take part in a class, collective or representative action. You can opt out of this section within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@mimic.day with your account email and the words "arbitration opt-out". If the class waiver can't be enforced for a claim, that claim goes to court and the rest of this section still applies.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to section 13, the courts located in Connecticut have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a place whose mandatory consumer protections apply to you regardless, these Terms don't take those away.
15. Changes
We may change the Service or these Terms. For material changes to these Terms, we will give reasonable notice by email or in the Service before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. If you don't agree, cancel and stop using the Service.
16. Ending access
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period unless you breached these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
17. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them with the Service. Questions: support@mimic.day.
